This Saturday I am having the book launch for Where the River Rises at 2pm at Heritage Park, Whangarei. I wasn’t planning to have an art competition this time, simply because I’ve been too busy to organise it. 🙂 However one of my darling fans has asked especially for one, so I’ve decided to put it here on my website for all the artists that are going to come on Saturday:
Bring a picture of some animal that I’ve written about in The Barn Chronicles – it can have other things in it of course, but it must have some animal. We will judge it on the day. 🙂
Here is a drawing of one I got in the mail last week from Jack. I love it! It is now on the wall beside my desk. Just to give you an idea…!
