Ellie and I are currently in Christchurch where she’s been competing in the vocal competitions. She is one of the finalists in the Dame Malvina Major Aria Competition which will be held Sunday night at St Mark’s Presbyterian Church in Withells Rd, 7pm. Entry is $20.
We were both hoping to see some snow down here – had a beautiful view of snow on the mountains as we flew in. But since then there’s been no snow, although this morning we had a cracker frost. But, can you believe it, we heard last night that it snowed in Whangarei!! Murphy’s law, huh?!
