Today at 11am Milly, Penny and I went up in the freezing rain to move the horses. It was bitterly cold as we rode the quad up to the cabin. Our hands were painfully cold. Then suddenly Milly squealed, “It’s snowing!” Sure enough snowflakes began falling around us!!
Okay, it didn’t look like the snow in this photo, but it was still so exciting. (The photo is somewhere in Norway!!) We’ve never had snow up here before. I know all you folk down south will smile when you read this and look out your windows at deep snow drifts, but…
What a thrill it was for us up here in the winterless north. 🙂 What an amazing creation each snowflake is! Beautiful.
